Customer Care

Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Wine memberships and curated boxes ship monthly or quarterly, depending on your selection. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within select states in the U.S. due to alcohol shipping regulations.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, all wine sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Proof of damage (photos) may be required.

Cancellations
You may cancel or pause your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. For one-time orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of duplicate charges, product defects, or failed delivery. We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or missed deliveries due to customer absence.

Age Verification
By purchasing, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. All deliveries require an adult signature.
